Are Insurance Companies Over Charging You?

Over the last few months, Whistle Blowers has been contacted by different people who represent different branches of the insurance industry. They have all voiced concerns over being instructed to charge as much as possible to customers to meet quotas established by companies. In some cases, customers who should receive refunds are also denied their rightful money and the refunds translate into profit for those companies. If customers complain, these insurance representatives must make up excuses or flat-out lie. Customers are relatively powerless, as they need the insurance.

We are curious as to how widespread this practice is. Do you feel as though you have been ripped off by an insurance company? We would like to hear your stories. Email us at admin@whistleblowers.uk.com or call as at 0800 876 6568.
